[pct-l] Water Treatment

I would go crazy if hundreds of hikers were twittering about hundreds of
water sources.  A better solution would be to build a cell phone app that
ties into the PCT Water Report database.  If I were building it, the app
would pull directly from the database and store it client-side, use gps
location to show the data on the nearest water sources, and push reports
back to Asabat that he would have to manually approve for it to be posted to
the water report.
