[pct-l] Permit update

OK gang. I just spoke with someone at the Cleveland NF office in Alpine and
I do indeed need a wilderness permit to disperse camp in the NF. In addition
I also need to camp in established areas in Mt. Laguna area, no wild camping
there. San Jacinto SP also requires a permit. So, the NF folks are sending
me a permit in the mail and I think that answers all the questions I had.
Thanks all for your phone numbers, opinions and encouragement. You thru's
and 500+ milers have it made!
