I have used the 

Music Power 0900-72 Encore Dual Port USB AC Charger with Rechargeable Extended Battery

Cost:  ~$13

Amazon.com

But. Unavailable right now. My experience is that it provides about 85% of a full charge. Cheap and reliable.
