[pct-l] Half Way Point

Calling Belden a town is like calling a Tic-Tac a meal. I kind of
thought Sierra City was cool. Not too far off halfway. It was years
ago, but I seem to remember some cool cabins near the feather river.

Drakesbad is almost exactly at the halfway point. Nearby towns would be
Belden or Chester.
