[pct-l] Snow rain section D

Reporting live from Northstar, near Donner Pass, the snow is deeeeeeep, but
melting fast today.  Skied from 8:30am to noon when it started getting
sticky, but its running in streams off of all the buried buildings.  Icicles
are falling, streams are rushing.  Lovely partly cloudy day, and warmer
weather over the next several days is predicted.

Maybe it'll just be a snowy High Sierra, and not an extremely snowy High
Sierra this year.  We're all pretty much rained out in the Bay Area, and
ready for some CA sun to do it's job and dry up this usually semi arid
state.
