[pct-l] Paradise cafe

The way I'll be hiking next winter won't make sense for anyone trying to put
miles of trail behind them. Bringing a shovel for the traditional uses
doesn't make much sense, especially with the way the snow is setup in the
southern California mountains in late winter.
