The demonstration of dehydrated water was a big hit at the Kickoff at campsite #22, the Pirate Roost --- the highly successful SuperSecret of Backpacking seminar.  This seminar was very well attended as were all the Roost activities and services.  My 150% money back guareentee will be in effect at the Food Ruck too.

Once again, Switchback the Trail Pirate, will demonstrate dehydrated water for the trail at the June 10-12 Walker Pass Food Ruck.  This is an astounding demonstration of supreme hard-core hiker trash advance skills.  At the Kickoff, hikers were amazed.  They were frightened.  They were in awe.  They were left bewildered.  There was much hero worship of Switchback.

I will also paint shelter stakes florescent orange and bring dozens of super good donuts for the hikers passing through.  Of course I will be staying down at Kernville at the Whispering Pines Lodge and Bed & Breakfast with the Long Suffering Mrs. Switchback and Max, the Wonder Dog.  We will be in a room overlooking the Kern River and all the rafters.  This fits perfectuly into my mountainman persona to stay at a lodge with rooms in a modern mountain cabin decor.  I am going to check to see if I can get a Kernville pedicure too.
