It's *really* hard to unambiguously point to the source of an intestinal bug
for a single person.  It could be from a restaurant, or bad water, or maybe
she shook hands with someone who hadn't cleaned up well after doing toilet
stuff, or any number of other things.  The only way to reliably trace stuff
like this to the source is if you have several people getting sick and you
can figure out a single point of commonality for all of them.
