We are planning to hike part of Section C southward from Onyx Summit. One possible place to end our hike is at Mesa Wind Farm at Mile 213.4. Google Maps shows an unnamed road leading to the wind farm. Is it open to the public? If so, is it drivable in an ordinary sedan? Dagwood
