[pct-l] Sonora Pass snow level

I am planning to start a nobo section this year at Sonora Pass.  Last year I got there on 3 July, and even though lots of snow was still in the mtns., the road was clear.  Is there a way to monitor snow levels and road access at SP?  A way to predict when or if the road will be open?  



I don't want to go out too early and be stuck in Reno or Bridgeport or ___ for several days, waiting to get up to the trail.
