[pct-l] LAX to Big Bear transportation 6/5

Thruhiker (injured, but now healed) getting back on trail. Flying into  
LAX on 6/5 @ 4:30pm. Seems like this is a three-step, 2 day process to  
get to Big Bear. (FlyAway bus to Union Station; MetroLink to San  
Bernardino; overnight in San Bernardino; MARTA to Big Bear).
Unless, of course, there is a wonderful trail angel willing to help  
with transportation needs........will be glad to cover fuel expenses!
Any other suggestions or advice is welcomed.
