[pct-l] Printing maps

I was in Portland today, and stopped by the LazerQuick store that
prints and sells the maps.  They also do business under the name
"gisi".  The proprieter there  was quite friendly and knew all about
the maps. Sean said he would print out new sets in February, after
HalfMile does his update.
