I can't wait till Grizzlies show up on the PCT "

I wonder who will be the first PCT-hiker meal for a Griz ? I, for one,
do not look forward to Grizzly bears feeding along the PCT. It is bad
enough being tracked by a BIG Black Bear in the environs of Park
Creek Pass in the North Cascades let alone a Griz...
Wolves are already moving about in the Stehekin environs and
that is great news. Now all I have to do is hear them to know they
are really here.

Last Winter a neighbor with an IR-camera and motion sensors
captured a LARGE Wolverine feeding on a dead-critter about
six miles up-valley from the boat landing near McGregor Meadows.
Also good news!
