I talked to a springs expert on Sunday.
She said that as the nights get colder, the trees transpire less
and their roots absorb less water, which can cause the water
table to rise and the water sources to begin to flow again.

She also commented that all water sources are unique.

How this applies to water sources for sections A-D
I can't say.
