[pct-l] a late post

Ned,

I think the 'bad' snow ended just before Sierra City.  Of course...it
remained patchy all the way to the border.  I took a picture of the last bit
of snow that crossed the trail yesterday...on the descent down the last
7000ft peak.

One last chance to boot ski...
