[pct-l] 3rd gate water cache stocked yet?

100 gallons sounds like a lot, but consider the work to get the water up
that hill and how many hikers are coming. Use it as needed, but please
don't waste it or take more than you need. There have been times when this
cache has gone dry in the past.
