[pct-l] Questions on KO etiquette

Due to poor planning on my part and some circumstances beyond my control,
the decision to THRU hike the PCT was not finalized until recently. I'm an
accomplished solo off trail hiker so equipment and hike is not much of an
issue. My son and myself fly into San Diego arrive 2:00PM Fri the 27th and
will proceed Lake Morena that afternoon.

Question 1: Since the KO registration was full when I went to register, is
stealth camping on the PCT trail near Lake Morena a problem?

Question 2: Is attending the KO Saturday, *during the day*, rude. An
infringement on those who planned ahead?

Question 3: Still looking for a ride from the airport Friday afternoon?
Would be happy to share the cost. Flexible on pickup time.

Question 4: In the event we bus it, what's the best way to get to El Cajone
Transit Station? Looks like we would need to get their by 3:30.
