[pct-l] Help find the fire-starter

As you know, early last Sunday morning a fire started on the PCT near
Belden. There is evidence that it is of human origin. The investigating
officer, Patrick Callahan, is looking for any information that hikers might
have regarding fires on the trail, including evidence of people using
campfires on the trail. He's especially interested in speaking with anyone
who departed northbound from Belden on Saturday, July 28, or people who
stayed with us at Little Haven on Friday and departed on the trail that
Saturday.  (Note: this doesn't necessarily mean that it was a PCT thru
hiker that started this fire, this group of hikers would have the best
