[pct-l] Butte Fire Detour Notes

For what it is worth.  I just completed a email exchange with a person with
the Umpqua National Forest and they said there is a trail 3643, but it is
accessed by going on trail 1450 first.  I haven't been out there to verify
this, but I thought I would pass this along.
