Yes, there are ones on both the south side and north side of the PCT.  I would park at the trailhead on the south side of Highway 12 because it is just a secluded trailhead parking lot and not a car campground.  This way there will be less non-PCT people around and little chance that any thru-hikers would miss you because the little trailhead parking lot is the only thing between the single-track PCT and Highway 12. You could also park at the trailhead in the car camping area on the north side of highway 12, but you would have to be right at the trailhead where the PCT starts because there are several roads, trails, and campsites between highway 12 and where the single-track PCT starts again.  Regardless, either spot is accessible by passenger car so you can check both out and figure out what would work best.
