[pct-l] Stevens Pass North

A partner and I plan to hike Stevens Pass north starting 9/8 and arriving Manning about 9/22.   

What sort of weather should we plan for?   We hiked the PCT from Oregon to Stevens Pass last August, but I am not sure that weather experience is what we should expect for September.    I have been reading online, but not getting much help. 

Any ideas from those with local experience would be much appreciated.
