I met a guy hitching in with us from Independence to the Onion Valley
Trailhead who sincerely believed he had seen bigfoot in the area near the
Ida Bell Hot springs several years ago, and was going back to find him
again.  He was kind of a weird dude, so I took it with a grain of salt, but
he was completely convinced.
