[pct-l] Public transportation - Cascade Locks to Portland

Last year there was not a car rental in Cascade Locks.  However, last year 
the Enterprise car rental in Hood River, OR would deliver a  car to Cascade 
Locks.
 
There was bus service on the Washington side of  the River with a "Flag" 
stop at the north end of The Bridge of The Gods.  The bus runs three time a 
day between Fisher Landing and a town 10 to 15 miles  up river from Bridge of 
the Gods. The Fisher Landing terminal connects the  greater Portland 
transportation system. 
 
Last year Billy Goat met Ameba at Portland  Airport about 10:00 am and they 
took the Light Rail and a bus To Fisher Landing.  From there, four of us 
took the midday bus to Bridge of the Gods and  we were hiking by two o'clock.
