[pct-l] PCT Trail Closure Section E?

Is the PCT still closed north of the LA Aqueduct to Highway 58?

This link appearing on the "4 Jeffries water report" is to a map on the PCTA website showing the 
trail is closed, but if you start on the PCTA page, there is no mention of this closure under 
the Trail Closure link..is this an old link on the water report?
