I've got one copy of "Yogi's PCT Handbook" which is missing page 175 from
the Planning Guide.   I will print the missing page as a loose page and
slip it into the book.  It's available for $30 plus $6 postage to the first
person who emails me.  That's $10 off of the normal price.
