[pct-l] Thru hiking with dog

the "service animal"dodge is well known in dog circles.you can go to
any number of internet sites and order  a vest for your dog. the
reason can be anything "it`s an emotional support animal .im sad when
he`s not with me"imho i think the ada is due for a major revamping to
stop this abuse.
