[pct-l] Heavier Sleeping Bag versus Lighter Sleeping Bag & Extra Clothing

I'm going to have to say: both.

Fortunately down and fabrics have become light enough that you can have a
very warm quilt and a very puffy jacket or vest, yet have a low base
weight.
