[pct-l] Rain Jacket

In my experience, I'm almost always soaked in heavy prolonged rain in any
jacket, whether from outside or within, unless I'm sitting still.
Long-distance hiking in cold wet weather is an art. I certainly didn't get
very good at it until after Stehekin. It takes knowledge, timing and
discipline. And after a while, one pair of wet clothes for hiking and a dry
pair of clothes for sleeping. :)

What do y'all think?
