[pct-l] Bound, Printed copies of completed trailjournals?

Hi Everybody,

I have a www.trailjournals.com/marknienstaedt journal of a successful 2011
PCT thruhike.  It will soon be completed with individual photos coupled
with each of some 140+ journal entries. Is there a vendor who will copy,
print, and bind completed trail journals for safekeeping?  These would make
very nice momentos of completed hikes.  I would be glad to pay
reasonably for quality service in this regard if it is commercially
available.

Also, what do people know about "compressing" photo images?
Trailjournals.com is very slow to upload uncompressed images.  It has taken
me quite a while to discover a photo compressing capability online:

other options or if someone could advise a better alternative.
