[pct-l] raingear and umbrella

I'm an umbrella lover too.  I used it this past Monday climbing the
Waterfall Trail on Diablo in the rain.  Synched against my chest with my
pack's chest strap, I don't even need to use a hand to hold it and can
continue to hike with both poles and shoot pictures without getting my
camera wet.
