Hi - I've done quite a bit of experimenting with different herbs and spices for real pemmican (dried beef and tallow). I'd like to give some out to some willing PCT through hikers in exchange for their feedback. I'm in Dunsmuir, Ca and can arrange to meet in-person here in town. I know a lot of you send new boots, etc to the post office. David
