[pct-l] Section F Water in July

I'm attempting a long section hike from section F to N and I want to  
know what the community's experience is on finding water in F and G in  
early-mid July. Based on the water report there is not much water to  
speak of for most of it. If I were to go should I change my strategy  
to have no cook/waterless meals) only using the water for drinking,  
and hiking in the early morning and evenings?
