[pct-l] Google Earth

You should be able to see a copyright notice near the bottom of the Google Earth window which will give you a rough idea of the imagery date. To get more accurate you can turn on Historical Imagery using the button at the top that looks like a clock with an arrow going around the outside. A little scale will appear and you'll be able to pick the date of the images you're looking at.
