Good morning! I like my NeoAir very much. It's light, keeps my hip from bruising, and is a bit more accommodating on slighly uneven ground. Moisture from "breath" inflation is not less insulative than dry air because of evaporative cooling, but because moist air conducts heat better than dry. Doug
