[pct-l] I'm Fine--Lost PCT Thru Hiker is FOUND

Ian is back home. Spoke with him and his Mom. After arriving in Stehekin
Ian hung out for a few days, went to Chelan and got a cell phone with GPS,
resupplied and hit the trail northbound again. He finished at the border on
Nov 11th.
