[pct-l] Skiing from Snoqualmie Pass SB to Whites Pass

There are several snowmobile clubs that might have members willing to
resupply. Snow Parks are nearby too.  Several forest serice roads cross the
PCT between Snoqualamie and 410. Not open for 4x4 but great snowshoeing.
