Thanks for that post. I've been wearing my military bellevilles on most of my hike. I've realized that I need a smaller and lighter boot for the thru hike. These mini mil boots may be just what I'm looking for. I had originally thought about hiking boots or running shoes, but this might help me to keep my feet in a more familiar comfort zone. Thanks
