Zeb is accusing the No Bikes on the PCT folks of using fear based
propaganda. The term originated to describe disinformation tactics.

There is no Uncertainty or Doubt among this crowd.

We KNOW how a significant portion of the MTB community interacts with
hikers and horses on the trails. We are the hikers they interact with.
