Don't let anyone stop you from expressing your view one way or the other
send the emails expressing your views it is your right and you should
not be denied it.  The USFS and PCTA might be quite aware of the issue
but they do not necessarily know the views of there constituents.    

There are many examples where overwhelming input from the public has
changed public policy maker's decisions on a number of issues.

I have been asked to forward a request that list members STOP
E-MAILing the USFS and the PCTA about their objections to allowing
Mountain Bikes on the trail..

They are quite well aware of the issue, and the PCTA has already
issued its position statement.

Filling up In-Boxes is not going to help protect the PCT.

Nothing will happen at the USFS on this topic until after the election
cycle, so if you want to keep informed, please "like"
