[pct-l] MTBs on the PCT

And obviously Dan has never seen the trail damage done by MTBs on So Cal
trails which are maintained by city and county agencies... maintained much
more regularly and rigorously than So Cal portions of the PCT...  but a
McDonalds at third gate, now there's an idea!!??!!
