Dear David

My wife got altitude sickness at Palisade Lake ( Lower ) last summer.
One of the reason was that she could not eat couscous and beef jerky.
So, she searched intensively for Japanese food.

My wife also took ibuprofen to prevent altitude sickness. A small dose
worked well.

Of course, I carried all stuffs, so I must be the 80 pounds heavy
trucker. The content of her backpack were sleeping bag, sleeping pad,
clothing, etc.

All the factors worked well, so she could hike for 10 days soundly.
