Yes. It's called travel medications. Just ask your doctor. He'll  
probably give you something for severe pain, something for infection,  
such as skin infections, and something for giardia of other  
intestinal infections.

But don't carry all that. Just carry a few doses so you can get to  
your package at the post office that contains all the rest. Other  
than that, a few butterfly bandages, a few regular bandaids, maybe  
some gauze and tape and a little tiny bit of antibacterial ointment.  
Plus a needle and dental floss. Some people use super glue. Good to  
go. Anything more you can improvise.
