Somerough and tough nobo PCT thru-hikers were banging along the trail past RaeLakes. A few miles later they come tothe Wood Creek Bridge. The water was high and rushing dangerously under thebridge. A group of people are standingat the end of the bridge with a Ranger talking to a girl standing in the middle readyto jump into the raging water and oblivion.

Finally,Grizzly, the meanest and toughest of the thru-hikers calmly walks past thecrowd and Ranger. He approaches the girl and says, "What are you doing?" She replies, "I am going to commit suicide."

Thinkingquickly as thru-hikers do, he didn't want to miss a be-a-legend opportunity. "Well, before you jump, why don't you give me a kiss?"

So, with no hesitation at all, she leaned back over the railing and did justthat ... and it was a long, deep, lingering kiss followed immediately by anotherone.

After they finished the second kiss, everyone is cheering and applauding Grizzly. She just might change her mind about jumping.

Grizzlysays, "Wow! That was the best kiss I have ever had Honey! That's a realtalent you're wasting Sugar Shorts. You could be famous if you hiked with me.Why are you committing suicide?"

"My parents don't like me dressing up like a girl."

It's still unclear whether she jumped or was pushed.
