[pct-l] section A in late March

Hey, I missed that small detail!

Section A only...absolutely should be no problem. Maybe a little muddy with 
a bit of rain in the forecast, but quite do-able.

I did section A starting March 14 the year I did the trail!

Late March is great.  If there's any snow at all, it'll be patches, and
only on a short stretch of trail.  Ned must have missed that you're only
talking about section A.  There should be water, although as MendoRider
said, it should be even easier to find water.  It can be cold and windy,
and it may rain or even snow.  It's my favorite time to be out there though.
