[pct-l] Parking at Castle Crags

I would check with the Sheriff's dept. to see if you can park your car 
where the trail crosses under I-5.  There is a gate there, and to the 
right/north of the gate is a large area where I've seen cars parked before.

Law enforcement can be pretty helpful...
