[pct-l] Trail clearing with horses and chainsaws

Good morning, Devon,

The problem wasn't the horses, it was the chainsaws. Three-Finger-Jack is
in the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness, and no power tools can be used in any
Federal Wilderness Area.  The rules apply to everyone.  That’s why I have a
card to operate both a chainsaw and a manual crosscut saw.
