[pct-l] Why are male hikers happier campers than female hikers?

Mr. LA - It's probable that your reference to the Castro went over the
heads of most of the hiker-breeders out there (I personally welcome both of
them to the list). So for their benefit, and because I'm a spokesperson
for gay hikers everywhere, I would just like to say to Reinhold's Premise
"A" that you can call us gay guys "babes" only if you are super hot, have
showered at some point in the last week, and if your walking stick
coordinates nicely with your backpack. As to Premise "B", I think we gays
are, well, pretty gay as it turns out. It might be more accurate though to
say though that gay hikers are happiest when acting campy.
For those offended by my comments, try walking a mile in my Teva Five
Fingers.
