My husband and I were hiking North side of Mt. Jefferson in Oregon in the
rain.  We met a lady that had a blue rain jacket that covered her pack and
the arms extended to cover her hands holding her trekking poles.  The length
was mid-thigh.  I should have asked her about her jacket.  Would appreciate
info. about who makes that jacket.  The trail needs brushing........Thanks,
