Thank you for the quick response Bob and Chuck.  We saw the Bilgy 
Parcho, a sew it yourself design, which may force me to buy a new sewing 
machine.  I have been procrastinating buying a new machine since my old 
sewing machine died.  You must have to seal the seams on the Parcho 
before wearing it.
My FroggToggs delaminated after wearing the rain suit only a few times.
