[pct-l] Hwy 20 in WA is closed

If any hikers were planning on getting to Winthrop from Rainy Pass you will
have to look for an alternate way.  A few days ago there were mad slides
and Hwy 20 is closed between Winthrop and Rainy Pass.  This is from the
 Washington Department of Transportation.

Pass status: CLOSED

***The highway is closed due to multiple landslides between milepost 147,
at the winter gate and 153 Rainy Pass. We are working to clear the slides,
but no specific time for reopening the highway is currently available.***


The road to Harts Pass is open.
